JVC Camera. |
Some functions i learnt during the tutorial were:
- AF and MF focusing. These stand for Auto Focus - whereby the camera is automatically focusing itself and Manual Focus where you are able to adjust the focus at the front of the camera - depending on which shot you would like to take. It was said to always keep it on AF - unless under different circumstances.
- I also learnt how to zoom on the camera. At the side of the camera there is a two set button whereby you press the left side to zoom in and right to zoom out.
- 'Cammedia' is where you are able to go back and watch previous footage taken - and also just by pressing the toggle button we are able to see the battery life and screen settings.
Setting Up The Camera
1. The battery can be attached to the back of the camera, by inserting the battery at the back from right to left - this is secure when you hear the click sound.
2. The SD memory card can be inserted into the camera via the left hand side. There are two slots - by which you place the memory card inside. If the camera then says "Error" on the screen - you may have to check to see if the memory card says Open or not.
3. Lastly you may want to use a tripod for steady shots. You have to attach the camera by sliding it onto the top of the tripod and then lock it using the the latch on the side of the tripod. To take the camera off - you need to unlock the camera and then press the red button which allows the camera to slide off.
