Prelim Editing

These are different shots of our Prelim...

Slow motion effect was added here to add suspense to Diego entering through the door.

We then match cutted to a CU of his hand on the door - again in slow motion.

This whole section was slowed down to add intensity to the beginning.

This shows the shot of Diego walking through the door - where by the next shot is match cutted from a different angle.

Diego entering the new room where we know something will happen.

This is Diego carrying on through to where he will converse with Patrick.

I stood at this angle with the camera as i wanted to get the whole scene in the frame - showing Patrick sitting, waiting for Diego.

Sitting down to show the conversation.

Over the shoulder shot to show the conversation between two 'men'

This is another over the shoulder shot - shot reverse shot between both to continue the conversation. 

This close up on the phone suggested an important phone call - i also used slow motion here to show the call was important.

This shot shows the beginning of a fade out at the end of the Prelim - this was used to add a "To be continued..." effect to the ending.
